Completed in 1996, this project was oriented and marketed to a senior buyer. Heritage Village offered affordable bungalow duplex-style villas and townhouses in a master planned maintenance free community.
This was a landmark project for Streetside and marked the beginning of its dedication to “Building Lifestyle Communities.”
