Streetside Development Corporation continued its commitment to developing maintenance free housing aimed at mature buyers with the introduction of the 24-unit Varsity Parke Estates. The project, completed in 1998, was Streetside’s logical and successful step into the higher end of the Calgary multi-family housing market.
Varsity Parke Estates featured traditional wood-frame construction methods with extensive use of new materials, such as composite fibre siding, organic fibre roof shingles and stamped concrete front courtyards.
